This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Media Speedometer (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Daniel Stransky (“I” or “me”).

Media Speedometer is a simple utility application. I believe that what you do on your phone is your business, not mine.

- I do not collect personal information: The Application does not ask for or have access to your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details.
- I do not collect usage data: I do not use any analytics tools to track how you use the Application, such as which buttons you tap or how often you open the app.
- I do not collect location data: The Application does not track your device’s geographical location.
The Application functions entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection to perform its core calculations.
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
To enhance your user experience, the Application saves your preferences directly and only on your device. This may include settings such as:
- Your chosen theme (e.g., Light Mode or Dark Mode)
- The last playback speed multiplier you used
This data is stored in the Application’s private storage on your device. It is never transmitted to me or any third party, and it is not accessible by any other application. This data is used solely to ensure the app remembers your settings for your convenience the next time you open it. If you delete the Application from your device, this data is also deleted.
Device and Technical Information
The Application does not collect or store any unique identifiers from your device.
To ensure the user interface is displayed correctly, the Application may access non-personal technical information, such as your device model or screen size (e.g., “iPhone 15 Pro”). This information is used only in real-time to adapt the layout to your specific screen.
This data is processed exclusively on your device and is never logged, stored, saved, or transmitted to me or any third party.
Third-Party Services
Media Speedometer does not integrate with or use any third-party services that would collect information from you.
Children’s Privacy
I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If I discover that a child has provided me with personal information, I will take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to take necessary actions.
