Welcome back to another blog recap! I sucked this week, I really did, but I’m hopeful the coming week will better. I really can’t publicly get into specifics, but things from last week bled into this week and will most likely impact the coming week as well. It’s a lot, but I’ll get through it all.

This week I only managed to produce one post that, despite being very simple in nature, scored two shoutouts. One from Federico Viticci over at Club MacStories, and another from Shortcuts legend Matthew Cassinelli. Both of these were big moments for me and brought a smile to my face. I’d also like to thank Devon Dundee (co-host of Magic Rays of Light) for subtly bringing these to my attention because I’ve been really off my game. Go check out his site, he writes some great stuff.

🍿 Free Guy
I finally got around to checking out Ryan Reynold’s Free Guy, in which he plays a video game NPC who inadvertently becomes a protagonist. There were plenty of great moments in the film and I really enjoyed all of the random gaming easter eggs that were spread throughout the film. It looks like there’s a sequel in the works and I’m really excited to see what they do with the story next.
